On April 3, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the production base of Famous Steel (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Famous Steel") , a joint investment by GDleiu Commercial Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") and Guangdong Huima Hardware & Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huima") , took place at Thailand's AMATA Industrial Park. Feng Minda, General Manager of the Group along with the Group's management team, and representatives of partners including AMATA Group, Vanward Electric, and Pufshun attended the event to witness this important milestone marking the launch of the project.

 
The successful completion of this groundbreaking lays a solid foundation for the Group and Huima to expand their global business, further develop the ASEAN market, and push the business layout to a global scale.

1. Strategic Layout – Rooting in ASEAN's Growth Engine, Co-building a New Industrial Hub

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Hu Fengyuan, General Manager of Huima, delivered a speech on behalf of the joint venture parties. He pointed out that the choice of Thailand is a well-considered strategic decision. As the core of ASEAN, Thailand boasts policy support for the Eastern Economic Corridor, trade facilitation dividends under the RCEP, a favorable business environment, and the profound "time-honored" friendship between China and Thailand. Mr. Hu Fengyuan emphasized "What we break ground for today is not just a factory, but a mission carrier for Huima to 'base itself in Thailand, empower ASEAN, and connect the world'. We firmly believe that rooting in Thailand means rooting in the most dynamic growth engine of ASEAN."
Feng Minda, General Manager of the Group, further elaborated on the strategic significance of the project in his speech. He stated that the Thailand production base project is a leaping step in the group's global layout, and more importantly, a core initiative to deepen its presence in the ASEAN market and accelerate the transformation towards the integration of industry and trade. Relying on the group's advantages in providing full-industry-chain services in the steel supply chain, the project aims to build a comprehensive Southeast Asian steel manufacturing and operation platform integrating procurement, production, sales and services, fully integrate into the local industrial ecosystem, and provide customers with one-stop steel solutions.

Distinguished guests including Mr. Kamjorn Vorawongsakul, Executive Consultant of AMATA Group, also delivered speeches respectively, extending warm congratulations on the project's groundbreaking. They highly recognized the Group's efficient execution and resource integration capabilities demonstrated in the project advancement, and expressed a strong willingness to deepen cooperation and share in ASEAN's development opportunities.

Based on the shared vision of both parties, Famous Steel production base has formulated a clear development blueprint, centered on three core strategies:
1. Building a regional industrial synergy hub —— Establish an ecological system featuring intensive raw material procurement, customized product production, and agile logistics distribution, making the company an indispensable part of the local industrial chain.
2. Cultivating localized innovation capabilities —— Plan to set up a regional R&D center in the future to drive technological localization, nurture local industrial talents, and achieve sustainable development.
